I’m not exactly a bike expert, so maybe I’m overestimating it, but for what I paid, this feels like a solid deal. It does what I need it to do, and I don’t really have any complaints so far. Overall, I’d say it was worth the money.

The box came in great shape, which was a little surprising. It was packed well and I didn’t see any dents or damage, so I’m not really sure what else to say, everything looked good.

Putting this together was simple. I expected it to be more of a hassle, but it was ridiculously easy and didn’t take much time at all.

I’ve been riding my Buzz bike for my work commute, and the range has been really close to what they advertise. I can go to work and back a few times before needing to charge it, which has been super convenient. No weird surprises or range anxiety so far, just does what it says it will do.

I was surprised by how much power this motor has. It pulls really good going up hills, which is kind of ridiculous in the best way. No struggling or bogging down, just plenty of power when you need it.

They had all the little bits I needed in stock, which was a relief. My brother had mentioned checking here, and he was right. Checkout was quick and easy too.

I’ve been using my Buzz bike for a few weeks now, the battery life has been way better than I expected. I’ll admit, I didn’t have super high hopes at first, but it’s actually held up really well.
I’ve been riding it around town and taking it to work, and I’m not stuck charging it every single day, which was my biggest concern. Even after a longer ride, it still had a decent amount left, which was a nice surprise.

Charging is easy enough too — I just plug it in at night once in a while and forget about it. So far, no problems, and I’m happy with it overall.

I ordered from Buzz Bikes thinking it might take a bit, but it actually showed up fast. You know how shipping can be a hassle sometimes, but tracking was simple and the box arrived in good shape. No delivery drama at all, which is really all you want. Easy 5 stars for the fast shipping.

The bike arrived in good shape and it rides well overall, but the sizing was a little frustrating. I’m 5'10 and ordered based on the guide, and it still feels a bit cramped in the reach. I had to mess with the seat more than I expected just to get it feeling decent. I’m going to keep it because it’s not terrible, but if the sizing info doesn’t get clearer, I’d probably look at another brand next time.

Had a warranty issue and they got it sorted out fast. Happy with how easy it was

i’m impressed with the bike I got from Buzz. The quality was better than I expected for the price. The frame feels sturdy, the welds look clean, and after a few rides nothing has started rattling or feeling loose. It was packaged well too, so overall I’m really happy with it.

The brakes work well and feel strong when stopping, even on smaller hills. They did need a little adjusting at first, which was kind of annoying, but I think it was just bad timing since I had to deal with it right when I needed the bike most. Once I got them dialed in, they’ve been fine. Happy with them overall.

I wasn’t totally sure how it would do on my street, but it climbs it just fine. The battery does dip a bit on the way up, though, so that’s kinda something to keep in mind...

I've been riding this bike for months now, what more could I ask for? It still feels solid, runs smoothly every day, and hasn’t given me any real issues so far. Isn’t that exactly what you want from a bike?

I had to reach out to support and they were helpful, they got back to me faster than I expected, answered what I needed, and even though there was one point where I had to wait a little longer than I wanted, it still felt like they were actually paying attention and trying to help

Well... I really like the style of the bikes. They look clean and not too flashy, which is exactly the kind of look I prefer. The site is easy to use too. I just wish there were a few more color options to choose from.

I accidentally ordered the wrong bike part and was already bracing myself for a frustrating return process. I figured I’d be sending emails back and forth or waiting forever for someone to reply. But I reached out, explained what happened, and they got back to me much faster than I expected. The return steps were simple, I sent the part back, and a few days later the refund was back on my card without me having to chase anyone down. What started as my own ordering mistake ended up being painless. I’d definitely feel comfortable ordering from them again...

I've been happy with this bike so far... it rides really smooth, and the seat is actually comfortable even on longer trips. No soreness after riding, which is a big plus for me...
